Cyclone Legend Matt Blair Passes Away

Matt Blair, who was one of Iowa State’s greatest football players ever passed away today. He was 70 years old.

We lost one of our all-time greats today in Matt Blair.

Blair helped lead Iowa State to their first ever bowl appearance in 1971 when the Cyclones finished the season 8-4. Blair was also an All American and All Big Eight selection after the 1973 season for Iowa State.
