The Blue Ribbon Yearbook is a highly anticipated college hoops preseason publication, and it just so happens that the cover this year is its preseason All-American team. Thanks to Rob Dauster of NBC Sports’ College Basketball Talk, that cover can now be seen.
The team is highlighted by two freshmen, LSU’s Ben Simmons and Kentucky’s Skal Labissiere, both widely considered to be the top two picks in next year’s NBA Draft. Joining them are Providence junior Kris Dunn, Iowa State senior Georges Niang and Virginia senior Malcolm Brogden.
Brogden, Dunn and Niang are all talented in their own right, but the highlights are clearly Simmons and Labissiere.
