Iowa State fell to 2-6 on the season and 0-4 in Big 12 play following a 78-72 loss at Texas. They Cyclones battled down the stretch but ultimately too many turnovers did them in. It’s something that this team leads the conference in and that’s not a good thing. Iowa State continues to shoot better than the teams they play but it wasn’t enough once again. Solomon Young led the team with 13 points on the night.
