Two 2025-2026 Iowa Football home games are sold out before the start of the season

Iowa Football is steeped in tradition, and continues to be a main draw for Hawkeye and college football fans.

Kinnick Stadium has been home to the Hawkeyes since the 1929 season, when it was known as "Iowa Stadium," and renamed Kinnick Stadium in 1972.

Kinnick Stadium holds nearly 70,000 people, and plays host to thousands of screaming fans on Saturdays and some Fridays during the college football season.

Under Head Coach Kirk Ferentz, the Hawkeyes have a 204-104 (128-88 Big Ten) record, including 10-11 in Bowl Games.

Since 2022, the Iowa Football program has sold out 21 consecutive home games at Kinnick Stadium, and this trend is expected to continue in 2025, with two home games already selling out ahead of the 2025-2026 season.
