IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa head softball coach Marla Looper announced today that Elizabeth Wiegand and Katy Taylor will join the team this fall.
Wiegand joins the Hawkeyes following two seasons at the University of Tennessee at Martin. The right-handed pitcher led the Skyhawks in ERA (2.94), wins (12), appearances (26), starts (21), complete games (16), shutouts (3), innings pitched (135.2), and strikeouts (63) in 2015.
