Every college football program deals with injuries, but the Iowa wide receivers and running backs have had trouble staying health this year.
The Hawkeyes have not had a full arsenal of weapons for quarterback Mark Gronowski to use, and it has been "next man up" mentality for the Iowa offense.
The Hawkeyes lost projected wide receiver Reece Vander Zee before the season began with a foot injury, and fellow starting receiver Seth Anderson was recently injured during the UMass game on September 13.
Jarriett Buie has also not been able to take the field at all for the Iowa receivers.
