Iowa will be without their starting running back from week one for a pivotal Cy-Hawk matchup in Ames.

The Hawkeyes entered their first game against Albany on August 30 fully healthy and ready to battle the Great Danes at home for their first matchup of the season.

Before the game started, reserve offensive lineman Bryce George went down with an injury during pregame warmups and did not play in the game.

Starting running back Kamari Moulton (shoulder) was injured during Iowa's first offensive series and did not return.

Starting quarterback Mark Gronowski (cramps) also sustained a minor injury late in the third quarter and did not play for the rest of the game.
