IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Jonas Larson (Koege, Denmark) has signed a National Letter of Intent with the University of Iowa men's tennis program, head coach Ross Wilson announced Wednesday. Larson joins Tony Leto (Downers Grove, Illinois) in Wilson's incoming recruiting class.
Larson, who attends Falkonergaardens Gymnasium, will bring a long list of accomplishments when he relocates to his new city. His achievements include; becoming a two-time gold medalist at the Danish National Senior Championships in 2013 and 2014, winning the U-18 Danish National Championships in 2013, and reaching a national ranking as high as 24th in the world.
