After an extremely slow start to the 2026 recruiting cycle, Iowa Women's Basketball Head Coach Jane Jensen and her staff earned one of the biggest recruiting wins in the program's history.
Following a successful meeting over the summer, Jensen and her staff secured the commitment of five-star forward McKenna Woliczko, the program's second five-star California recruit in consecutive years.
Now with five-star guard Addie Deal on the roster, and Woliczko joining the squad next season, the Hawkeyes are well-equipped for future success as the program continues hitting home runs on the recruiting trail.
Around the same time that Woliczko announced her commitment to the program, a top 2027 prospect announced she received an offer from the program as well.
