Iowa State Athletics to offer Ames Tap Water Sales as part of Pilot Program
AMES, Iowa — The Iowa State Athletics Department announced on Tuesday the creation of a pilot program to offer bottle sales of Ames’ highly regarded tap water at athletic facilities, beginning at this weekend’s Iowa-Iowa State Football game. The bottled water will be offered at all athletic facilities for the 2021-2022 school year.
“We have been working with the City of Ames and our campus partners on this for some time now, and we’re so excited to offer our town’s award-winning water to fans from around the state and country,” Iowa State Athletics Director Jamie Pollard said in a statement.
