2019 National Player of the Year Megan Gustafson is no longer unemployed as she was picked back up by the Dallas Wings just four games into the season. Hopefully this time the Wings will realize what kind of incredibly talented player they have in arguably the greatest Iowa basketball player to ever play.
Since releasing Gustafson, the Wings haven’t exactly lit the world on fire. In fact, it’s been quite the opposite.
Dallas is currently sitting in 6th place, better known as last in the Western Conference, with an 0-4 record. While their first two games were close ones, they’ve been blown out in their last two matchups by 15 and 24 respectively.
