Week two of the NFL preseason is now in the books, and as usual, some former Hawkeye football players are raising an eyebrow in their early efforts.
Tevaun Smith, who was an undrafted free agent in the NFL (but taken in the first round of the CFL draft) scored a touchdown in Lucas Oil Stadium (again) for the Colts against in a 19-18 loss to the Ravens. Smith had 2 catches for 18 yards, including a 1-yard snag for a touchdown.
Carl Davis saw the field on defense for the Colts, registering a tackle in the win.
