Former Iowa Football star and NFL veteran offensive lineman Brandon Scherff has had a busy summer ahead of the 2025-2026 NFL season.
The former Hawkeye lineman was a free agent after spending the last three seasons with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Scherff was a member of the Iowa Hawkeyes Football program from 2010 to 2014, winning the Outland Trophy in 2014.
Scherff had an interesting path to stardom for the Hawkeyes after joining the program from Dennison High School in the small town of Dennison, Iowa.
At Dennison High School, Scherff began his career as a quarterback before moving to the offensive and defensive lines during his final two seasons.
