Terim hails 'saviour' Emre Mor after Turkey triumph

The young Borussia Dortmund prospect laid on Burak Yilmaz's goal in a wonderful performance, and his boss singled him out as the key in a much-improved display

Turkey coach Fatih Terim hailed teenager Emre Mor as his side's saviour after they kept their Euro 2016 campaign alive with a 2-0 win over Czech Republic.

The 18-year-old, who signed for Borussia Dortmund just before the finals began, capped a fine display with an assist for Burak Yilmaz's opener at Stade Bollaert-Delelis in Lens.

Terim was delighted with the overall effort of his team - especially in the wake of back-to-back defeats to Spain and Croatia - but reserved special praise for Mor.
