Nelson Semedo has revealed he is leaving Barcelona after posting a farewell message to the La Liga giants ahead of a reported transfer to Wolves.
The 26-year-old has been consistently linked with a £30 million ($39m) move to the Premier League club, who are looking for a replacement in the right-back position after Matt Doherty joined Tottenham.
Semedo has provided confirmation that he is on his way out of Camp Nou after sending a goodbye message to the club via Instagram.
