Miheso denies signing Golden Arrows contract at gunpoint

Miheso, who only joined Abafana Bes'thende at the beginning of the season, made 11 league appearances for the club before being surprisingly released

A Kenyan publication, The Standard, recently reported that Golden Arrows forced Clifton Miheso, 23, to sign a contract termination letter at gunpoint.

The defender-come-midfielder was quoted stating that two gunmen forced him to sign the document in Arrows chief executive officer Gordon Masondo's office.

However, the Kenya international later sent a letter to the PSL club and they published it on their official website.

Here follows the letter from Miheso:

14-01-2017

To Chairperson of Lamontville Golden Arrows

MATO MADLALA

This is to state my dissappointment on the news claiming that you had me threatened.
