The 41-year-old is currently the president of Estudiantes but will pull on a jersey once more when he lines up for Estrella de Berisso in an amateur league.
Former Chelsea and Manchester United midfielder Juan Sebastian Veron is set to pull on a jersey once again and make a return to soccer.
The 41-year-old Argentine ended his playing career in 2012 to become Estudiantes' sporting director and is now the president of the Primera Division club.
But Veron will now lace up his boots once again after it was confirmed that he will join Estrella de Berisso, a team from the amateur league in La Plata.
