John O'Flynn signs new deal with Limerick

The former Cork City striker has put pen to paper on a new deal with the Shannonsiders as they embark on a new campaign

Limerick have confirmed that John O'Flynn has committed to the club as they make their return to the Premier Division.

The 34-year-old striker joined Martin Russell's side from Cork City ahead of the 2016 season and helped them achieve promotion, scoring 12 goals in 16 league appearances.

O'Flynn, who won the Premier Division and FAI Cup with Cork City, also counts Barnet and Exeter City among his former clubs.

He joins the likes of Shane Duggan, Shaun Kelly and Chris Mulhall in committing to the club for another campaign.
