Jesus, Fabinho and Ederson set for Brazil starts

Gabriel Jesus is set to celebrate his return to the Brazil squad by going straight into the starting line-up against Saudi Arabia on Friday.

The Manchester City striker led the line for the Selecao at this year’s World Cup, but failed to find the net in Russia and was left out of the squad completely last month as coach Tite observed alternatives.

On Tuesday, Jesus was included in the first-team during training at Tottenham Hostpur’s Lodge training complex in Enfield, London, where Brazil are basing themselves until Wednesday’s flight to the Middle East.

However, Tite may yet be set to field what he considers his strongest team for the second match of this week’s international calendar, when Brazil will face Argentina.
