The Nigeria international was shipped out on a season-long loan by Everton to the Turkish top-flight champions on Thursday.
The former Eupen player spent last season temporarily with Anderlecht and scored 10 goals in 28 appearances across all competitions, but his experience with the Belgian side took a turn for the worse.
Following the completion of his switch to the Turk Telekom Stadu0131 outfit, the versatile forward has taken to the social media to express his pleasure with his new move.
“I’m so excited to start my new journey with the biggest team in Turkey,” Onyekuru posted on Instagram.
