New York City FC has acquired Finland international Alexander Ring from Kaiserslautern, the MLS side announced Wednesday.
Ring previously played for HJK Helsinki and Borussia Monchengladbach before joining Kaiserslautern in 2013. NYCFC used targeted allocation money to sign the 25-year-old from the 2. Bundesliga side.
