FC Goa have roped in Jorge Ortiz on a two-year deal after last year's star performer Hugo Boumous left for Indian Super League (ISL) rivals Mumbai City FC.
Having played only in Spain so far, the 28-year-old will get a taste of the AFC Champions League with the Gaurs. He is a player who is known for his speed, overlapping runs and diagonal deliveries. He also has a good long-distance shot on him.

Ortiz trained in the youth teams of Getafe CF where he played in the Division of Honor in the 2010-2011 season.
