At this point, organizational changes for the Colts boil down to a matter of when, not whether, they will happen. Owner Jim Irsay, having watched his dreams of winning another Super Bowl blow up, is not expected to stand pat.
A shakeup is all but assumed after Sunday, when the Colts likely will be eliminated from playoff contention. The fate of coach Chuck Pagano seems sealed. His difficult contract negotiations last offseason left him without a deal beyond 2015 and increased the friction between him and the front office.
But what will become of general manager Ryan Grigson?
