Chris Ballard and Frank Reich talk NFL Draft Day 2 Indianapolis Star
INDIANAPOLIS — Chris Ballard kept saying it this offseason, over and over again, every time he was asked about team need at pass rush and wide receiver.
Ballard wanted to add depth in the secondary.
And he’s backed it up in the NFL Draft. Indianapolis used the first of its two fifth-round picks to select USC safety Marvell Tell on Saturday, giving the Colts three players in the secondary among their first six picks in this draft.
