Why don't the Colts get any prime-time home games?

Digital Headline Writing 101 says I'm supposed to answer the question I ask.

But I can't.

Since 2011, the Indianapolis Colts have hosted the lowest percentage of prime-time games in the NFL and I'm not sure why. But when the NFL schedule is announced at 8 p.m. Wednesday, don't expect to be able to attend any Colts prime-time games.

Of the Colts' 31 prime-time games, just 9 have been in Indianapolis, 29.0%. Miami (30.0%), Buffalo (33.3%), the New York Giants (40.0%) and Minnesota (41.4%) round out the top (or bottom) 5.

“One thing I’m disappointed with, that I don’t understand, is why we were what we were, which was a playoff team winning playoff games, and we didn’t have one home game on national TV last year.
