The Indianapolis Colts are trading Nyheim Hines to the Buffalo Bills, sources tell ESPN's Adam Schefter.
The Bills, who lead the AFC with a 6-1 record, have been seeking a pass-catching running back out of the backfield.
Hines has 25 receptions for 188 yards this season. He has 235 receptions for 1,725 yards and seven touchdowns in five seasons, all with the Colts.
He also has rushed for 1,205 yards and 10 touchdowns in his career.
