Salvon Ahmed might have had issues making the Indianapolis Colts roster in 2025 as is, but after injuring his leg on Sunday, it appears he will not have a chance. In fact, there is a decent chance the injury could end Ahmed's career.
The running back played four years for the Miami Dolphins and earned playing time. But he had no home in 2024, and the Colts signed him to the practice squad. He was buried on the depth chart in training camp, but there was still time to make up ground and prove he belongs.
