The Colts have made a practice squad move early this morning, re-signing safety Rolan Milligan to their practice squad and releasing quarterback Phillip Walker.

If you paid attention to roster moves last year, you remember that Walker bounced on and off of the practice squad all season long, and it seems like he may be set to repeat that in the 2019 season.
