According to NFL Insider Josina Anderson, veteran free agent safety Tony Jefferson is visiting the Indianapolis Colts:

The 28 year old safety suffered a season-ending torn ACL last season with the Baltimore Ravens during 2019.
However, being close to a full year removed from his significant knee injury, he should be at least close to fully recovered.
