According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Indianapolis Colts have re-signed beloved longtime veteran wideout T.Y. Hilton to a 1-year, $10 million deal:
Despite a colder free agent market for wide receivers, Hilton did fairly well on his latest contract—having hit free agency for the first time in his 9-year career.
Now age 31 years old, Hilton may no longer be the bonafide ‘alpha dog’ of the Colts wide receiver corps, but he can still be a complementary piece, proven deep threat, and veteran leader going forward in their receiver room.
