Colts general manager Chris Ballard joined the Pat McAfee Show on Tuesday, and the topic of spending money came up.
"Do you think the narrative that you're scared to spend money is a real one or no?" McAfee asked.
Doyel:Colts need to win right now, and Matt Ryan is a QB who can get that done
"It's (expletive)," Ballard said. "We traded and paid (DeForest) Buckner, we just traded for Matt Ryan. Darius Leonard’s making pretty good money. I mean, if you just look across the board … everybody's got their own way of building it.
