If that’s what it comes down to, then that’s what this historically putrid division deserves: A second and third-string quarterback squaring off in late December with an AFC South title all but hanging in the balance – and more importantly, the rights to a home playoff game. This year’s division race isn’t as much a battle of which of the four teams is best; it will prove, rather, which of the four teams is the least inept.
