MOBILE, Ala. — The message hit K.J. Hill’s phone almost as soon as he’d gotten the invite.
Terry McLaurin, blowing him up, wondering why Hill hadn’t already accepted his opportunity to go to the Senior Bowl. McLaurin wanted Hill to drop everything and commit to a trip to Mobile already.
Never mind that the invite came in late December, right before Hill and the rest of the Ohio State Buckeyes were set to take on Clemson in a College Football Playoff semifinal.
