Insider: How new OC Marcus Brady will influence Colts future at QB

Marcus Brady now owns the most influential voice on coach Frank Reich’s offensive staff. After Nick Sirianni took the head coaching job in Philadelphia, the fast-rising former CFL quarterback was promoted from Indianapolis Colts quarterbacks coach to offensive coordinator, which means he now has a loud voice in helping sort out the Colts' future at quarterback.

In fact, that process has already begun, Brady said while addressing the media Tuesday for the first time as an NFL offensive coordinator.

While general manager Chris Ballard and his staff have begun to analyze options outside of the organization (draft, free agency, trade market), the first step Reich and Brady took was to evaluate in-house options, of which you might say Brady is the Colts’ ranking expert.
