INDIANAPOLIS — From Jim Irsay to Chris Ballard to Frank Reich, the Colts have admitted the obvious this week at the NFL Scouting Combine.
For the first time in more than two decades, the franchise faces uncertainty at the quarterback position, brought on by Andrew Luck’s early retirement and prolonged by a Jacoby Brissett audition that failed to stake a claim to the job long-term.
The Indianapolis decision-makers are far from ready to write off Brissett but, as Irsay repeatedly said Sunday, all options are on the table.
