Indianapolis is having a double-rainbow moment thanks to the Indianapolis Colts.
Fans are left asking, "What does it all mean?"
A few minutes before 8 p.m. Monday night the Colts dropped a photo with the hashtag #ColtsForged on Twitter.
Back in June, the Colts and Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department shot a commercial that closed down Monument Circle during filming.
