The Colts’ linebacking corps is full of rookies and unproven players heading into training camp. Luckily, Indianapolis still has a lot of cap space to work with after a frugal free agency period, and there is a solid veteran linebacker available.
NaVorro Bowman missed most of the 2016 season with an injury, but he bounced back strong in 2017.
Bowman recorded 80 tackles, three pass breakups, 1.5 sacks, and a fumble recovery last season. His year was split between the 49ers and Raiders after being released by San Francisco in the middle of the season.
