While the Colts have a few intriguing young players on their current wide receiver depth chart, they are lacking some valuable veteran leadership in the receiving corps.
Outside of T.Y. Hilton, Indianapolis doesn’t have a single wide receiver who’s gained 1,000 career receiving yards on their roster.
General manager Chris Ballard could change that by signing free agent Eric Decker.
Decker has had three seasons with over 1,000 receiving yards in his career, and he had similar production to new Colts receiver Ryan Grant in 2017, who is the favorite to win the number two spot on the depth chart this season.
