It's one of those truths you either accept, or you do not: With very few exceptions, an NFL team is as good as its quarterback. Check the playoff teams of recent years. Whole lot of Tom Brady, Aaron Rodgers, Peyton Manning and Russell Wilson. Lots of Andrew Luck, too. From 2012-14, the Indianapolis Colts were great because Andrew Luck was great.

And now the Colts are lousy.
