Could the Colts ‘Take a Shot’ on WSU QB Anthony Gordon in the NFL Draft?

According to NFL.com’s Gil Brandt, the Indianapolis Colts—and specifically general manager Chris Ballard could ‘take a later shot’ on a rookie quarterback such as Washington State’s Anthony Gordon in the upcoming NFL Draft:

The 6’2”, 205 pound redshirt senior quarterback completed 493 of 689 passes (71.6%) for 5,579 passing yards, 48 touchdowns, and 16 interceptions in 13 starts for the Cougars.

His 5,579 passing yards in 2019 were the 6th most all-time in a single season, while his 48 touchdowns were tied for the 9th most all-time respectively.
