INDIANAPOLIS -- The Indianapolis Colts could be without two of their top three safeties for Sunday’s game against the Saints.
Starting safety Mike Adams (hamstring) and rookie Clayton Geathers (knee) missed their second straight day of practice Thursday. The two players left Sunday’s game against the Patriots early with injuries.
Coach Chuck Pagano will give a better indication of Adams and Geathers’ status for the game against the Saints when he addresses the media on Friday.
Colt Anderson will likely start with Dwight Lowery if Adams, who has four interceptions on the season, and Geathers both can’t play.
