Colts take homegrown talent Danny Pinter in 5th round

Offensive line depth was a question coming into the draft for the Colts. This is especially true with Anthony Castonzo looking to retire in a couple of years. They decided to take guard Danny Pinter out of Ball State to help assist with that lack of depth.

Pinter is from South Bend and then decided to go to Ball State. He actually converted from tight end to tackle in 2017. He ended up being the best offensive lineman that Ball State had. Now he gets to stay in his home state and play for the Colts.
