Colts surge past Raiders behind Luck and a power-running game

OAKLAND, Calif. — A power running game. Multiple tight ends catching touchdown passes. And California's Bay Area as the backdrop.

It felt very much like a flashback to Andrew Luck's Stanford days Sunday at the Oakland-Alameda County Coliseum, and the result stuck to the theme.

After trailing entering the fourth quarter, the Colts scored the game's final 21 points and pulled away from the Raiders for a 42-28 victory.

“A little bit,” Luck said with a laugh when asked if he was reminded of his college days. “I’m a little salty that the Cardinal lost last night.
