The Indianapolis Colts announced on Monday that the team has signed outside linebacker Deiontrez Mount to their practice squad and released cornerback Tay Glover-Wright in a corresponding move.
Originally a 6th round pick of the Tennessee Titans in the 2015 NFL Draft, Mount appeared in 4 games for the Titans this past season, recording an interception and a pass defensed before being placed on season-ending injured reserve in mid-October due to a torn ACL.
The 6’5″, 249 pound outside linebacker appeared in 3 games with Tennessee during this year’s preseason, making 5 total tackles, but was released in late August as part of the team’s initial 75-man roster cuts.
