Indianapolis has signed Marcel Dabo from Germany through the NFL's International Player Pathway Program. He's one of four players in this year's program, all of whom were awarded to AFC South teams.

As part of the program, Dabo will not count toward the 90-man roster this summer and can count as a free player on the practice squad once the season arrives.
