Colts Sign Entire Rookie Draft Class, as TE Kylen Granson and QB Sam Ehlinger Ink Deals

The Indianapolis Colts announced on Wednesday that the team has signed rookie tight end Kylen Granson and quarterback Sam Ehlinger—meaning all 7 selections have now safely inked contracts from their 2021 NFL Draft class.

Granson was selected with the 127th overall pick in the fourth round.

At 6’1.5”, 241 pounds, Granson caught 35 receptions for 536 receiving yards (15.3 ypr. avg.) and 5 touchdown receptions as a senior for SMU during 10 starts in 2020—earning First-Team All-AAC honors.

He projects to contribute immediately as the Colts’ new ‘move’ tight end, replacing departed veteran starter Trey Burton in such a featured role.
