Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson suffered an extremely unlucky injury in pregame warmups ahead of Week 6 when he was struck by an exercise band in the eye, and he broke an orbital bone. Richardson could do nothing to avoid the situation.
The injury was bad enough, though, that AR5 needed to be placed on injured reserve and will have to miss at least four games. He could return in Week 12, after Indy's bye week. The hope is that the only time he plays the rest of the season is if Indianapolis is blowing out an opponent.
