Colts QB Chad Kelly facing civil lawsuits stemming from night of 2018 trespassing arrest

INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Colts quarterback Chad Kelly is facing multiple civil lawsuits stemming from two incidents in October 2018, when the ex-Denver Broncos backup quarterback was arrested and pleaded guilty to second-degree criminal trespassing after breaking into a woman’s home following a Halloween party.

The first suit is being brought by James Belcher, the personal photographer of Broncos linebacker Von Miller, Kelly’s former teammate. Kelly is accused of striking Belcher at a party. The second suit is being brought by Nancy Lozano and Marco Torres, residents of a home Kelly pleaded guilty to breaking into after leaving the party.
