Tight end Erik Swoope released into a pass route at the snap, and the Tennessee outside linebacker came charging around the end on what appeared to be collision course with Colts quarterback Andrew Luck.
Then Ryan Kelly suddenly got in the way.
Indianapolis' first-round pick displayed some of his elite athleticism Sunday, backpedaling from his center position and picking up the speedy Dodd without compromising the pocket.
Luck got another completion during a nearly flawless performance in Nashville, but Kelly mostly shrugged off his role in the play on Wednesday.
