Colts news: Anthony Castonzo will test knee, no timeline on return

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts are not going to set a timeline for Anthony Castonzo's return. They're going to leave that up to their left tackle to determine.

After having a conversation with Castonzo on Wednesday morning, Colts coach Frank Reich said the team is dead set on not "locking ourselves into any formula" other than letting Castonzo -- who suffered an MCL sprain Sunday against Tennessee -- drive his own rehabilitation.

"This guy is a finely tuned athlete. He knows his body," Reich said. "So we'll trust him and the doctors and the trainers. Just kind of give him the freedom to test this thing out as he sees fit, how he feels.
